1. Scope of Application

2. Products & Use

2.1 Gilliou BV sells health and beauty products, including supplements and, in the future, skincare products.

2.2 Our products:

• Are intended for personal use only
• Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• May produce different results for each individual

2.3 Customers are responsible for:

• Reading product instructions carefully
• Checking ingredients for allergies or sensitivities before use

3. Prices & Payments

3.1 Prices are displayed in EUR or local currency and:

• Include VAT where required by law
• May vary depending on the customer’s location

3.2 Customers outside the EU, including customers in the UK and Switzerland, may be charged import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 Payment must be completed before shipment.

4. Orders & Availability

4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Gilliou BV.

4.2 Gilliou BV reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders
• Limit order quantities
• Cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or technical errors

4.3 If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Gilliou BV delivers to the EU, UK, and Switzerland.

5.2 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5.3 Gilliou BV is not liable for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs procedures
• External circumstances beyond its reasonable control

5.4 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)

6.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

6.2 To exercise this right, the customer must contact Gilliou BV by email at [email protected] within the 14-day withdrawal period.

6.3 To qualify for a return under the right of withdrawal:

• The product must be unused and unopened
• The product must be returned in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging

6.4 Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, opened supplements and opened personal care products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.

6.5 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

• The product delivered was defective
• The wrong product was delivered

6.6 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after Gilliou BV has received the returned goods or the customer has provided sufficient proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

7. Account Registration

7.1 Customers may create an account to place orders or access certain services.

7.2 The user is responsible for:

• Keeping login details confidential
• All activities carried out under their account

7.3 Gilliou BV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

8. Affiliate & Partner Programs

8.1 Customers may apply to become Affiliates or Independent Business Owners (IBOs).

8.2 Participation in such programs is governed by separate documents, including but not limited to:

8.3 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific partner-related documents, the partner-related documents shall prevail for Affiliates and IBOs.

• UK GDPR for customers in the United Kingdom
• The Swiss Federal Data Protection Act, where applicable
