1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
2. How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting:

After notifying us, you must return the products within 14 days.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging
- Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of:
- Opened or unsealed supplements
- Products that have been used or consumed
- Items where the seal has been broken after delivery
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is properly packaged and sent using a reliable shipping method.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Gilliou is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence where applicable
We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund.
7. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or not collected and returned to us:
- The order will be refunded excluding shipping costs
- Additional costs incurred may be deducted from the refund
8. Exclusions
This policy applies only to purchases made through official Gilliou sales channels.
